Month one
We sit down and work through all 11 areas of your business, financials, systems, estimating, sales, leadership, and more, the same 11 areas the Gap Checker gave you a taste of. It's a real conversation, not a form, and everything you share stays completely confidential.
From there, you get your Illuminate Report: a clear, concrete picture of where the growth opportunities actually are, backed by what we found, not guesswork.

Align
Month two
We come back together and unpack the Illuminate Report. This isn't about fixing everything at once, it's about working out what matters most to you right now, given your goals, your capacity, and what success actually looks like for your business.
From there, we shape your Rise Roadmap: a prioritised, practical plan for what to tackle first.

Rise
Month three onward
We put the Rise Roadmap into action. I stay hands-on, up to 5 hours a month, helping you actually implement it rather than letting it sit in a drawer.
By the end of the three months you'll have real traction and a system that keeps running. If it's useful to you and I have capacity, the support can continue month to month from there.
