Hey, I’m Jaynie.

I'm an average (sometimes) surfer. I love the beach, sunshine and my family. I laugh and sneeze loud, and I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to business.

I genuinely enjoy understanding why one construction business thrives while another, with just as much talent, struggles to get ahead. Finding the gaps, creating structure and helping businesses become more profitable is what gets me out of bed each morning.

I've Been There.

I spent 10 years as a director of a residential building company, helping build it from the ground up.

I learnt what it takes the hard way: my fair share of mistakes, some expensive lessons, and the pressure of wearing every hat in the business.

Those experiences shape how I support businesses today.

That's where I come in.
