Hey, I’m Jaynie.

I'm an average (sometimes) surfer. I love the beach, sunshine and my family. I laugh and sneeze loud, and I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to business.

I genuinely enjoy understanding why one construction business thrives while another, with just as much talent, struggles to get ahead. Finding the gaps, creating structure and helping businesses become more profitable is what gets me out of bed each morning.

I've Been There.

I helped build a construction company from the ground up and discovered what it takes to build a successful construction business the hard way.

Along the way I made my fair share of mistakes, learnt some expensive lessons and experienced the pressure that comes with trying to wear every hat in the business.

Those experiences shape how I support businesses today.
